I officially started Home Artisan Staging in February 2008.

Today we have staged over 1,900 houses. We consistently stage 50-60 properties at a time and work with hundreds of agents.

We run 4 trucks with a 5 man crew and stage between 1-3 properties daily

(we take weekends off!)

My crew has over 17 years of staging experience and over 20 years of moving experience between us. So, needless to say, we have done this before.. We are very good at what we do and you can trust us to stage your house for a quick sale, moving you onto your next home in no time.

There are some basic staging 'guidelines' we follow that have proven to help our business run smoothly:

You need to be on schedule in this business. Whether we are working with a home owner, builder or 'fix and flip' investor, we understand that we are next to last in the line to going on the market. Stage, photos, MARKET! We will not delay you getting to market. We work on a two day schedule for any one stage; we want to ensure we don't miss any details in creating a warm environment for buyers.

Not all contractors stay on schedule. We understand that schedules do not always work out as planned when you have multiple projects to manage. We are flexible in our scheduling and always do our best to adjust as needed when things do not go as expected.

Be honest, not accommodating. Many tell you what you want to hear versus telling you what is actually possible. We never want to disappoint, but we will disappoint with an honest answer before telling you what you want to hear every time.
